For the last month or so, I’ve been getting e-mails about the upcoming BioWare game, Dragon Age: Origins. I’ve been resisting checking them out further because the files I would have needed to download weren’t virus checked. But after seeing a DAO commercial today, I decided to take that chance, and now I’m wishing I had from the getgo.

The game description, as it was sent to me said…

Dragon Age: Origins is the spiritual successor to BioWare’s critically acclaimed Baldur’s Gate, featuring deep character customization and role-playing, morally challenging decisions, tactical party-based combat, and a wealth of gritty, mature sub-plots. Needless to say, I like what I’ve seen thus far, and I could definitely seeing myself playing this game, particularly since WoW bores me more often then I’d care to admit these days.
