Grim dinged 75 last night while questing in Grizzly Hills. By and large the levels seem to be coming fast and furious now, which is good because I want Grim to be available when the guild starts raiding Naxx.

I’ve had a bit of a change of heart in the last few days with regards to Grim’s purpose, due in no small part due to guild considerations. I’ve seen plenty of information out there on the viability of Unholy Tanks, and it’s a path I believe I’ll be heading down.

Grim’s gear now is starting to reflect that thought, and yes, I did break down and buy saronite ore and/or bars off of the auction house. I suppose it’s a good thing that I can send Mal off somewhere with a lot of beasts and let him skin like a blood elf possessed, but I digress…

The shoulders and helm will be replaced next level with their Tempered Saronite equivalents. I’m thinking I may want to ask the guildies to help me out with the The Champion of Anguish questline so I can snag the De-Raged Waraxe.  Best I can tell, that axe *should* last me into heroics, when I’ll be going after Sword of Justice (socketed with Glimmering Monarch Topaz).

It’ll be an interesting journey, but I’m looking forward to it.
