As far as your mentioned tendency to stack haste and crit, you might wanna peruse some stuff they're talking about with DPS unholy on elitist jerks. Basically, haste affects your white number damage only and if you're running a scourge-strike heavy rotation, you're losing out on quite a bit by worrying about haste. You'll get FAR more benefit out of attack power than haste, since most of our abilities benefit from AP, even the ones you'd think were spell damage based. I'm not a huge fan of EJ, but the math is sound.
